We celebrated our grand opening, on February 24th, 2006, coinciding with our local Mardi Gras parade and celebration. Many of our new customers were on hand to join us and celebrate the festivites.

We were pleased to present live music on our front porch, provided by Von Krebs Express. We enjoyed the Mardi Gras parade as it passed by directly in front of Dough Joe's, and served a selection of Kolaches and beverages to our visitors throughout the day.

It was an amazing day, and a refreshing time for our family and friends to put aside the sadness of the recent hurricane, and come together to celebrate the hopeful spirit we share.

Our heart-felt thanks to all who attended our grand opening celebration. We hope to see you again soon and often!
